Scheduling

Set your dates once, take bookings around the clock

KemetGo turns your trip schedule into a live booking calendar. Travelers pick a date that actually works, and you stop answering "is it running this weekend?" one message at a time.

Every trip on KemetGo carries its own schedule. That schedule is what travelers see when they book — so the calendar on your listing is always the calendar you are actually running.

How scheduling works

One-time departures

For a trip that runs once, set the departure and return dates and the listing closes itself when the date passes.

Recurring schedules

For a trip you run regularly, set it to recurring and pick the weekdays it runs on, instead of republishing it every time.

Choose your days

Pick exactly which weekdays the trip runs. Travelers can only select those days when booking.

Booking windows

Decide how far ahead people can book — up to a fixed end date, or leave it open with no end date at all.

Seats per departure

Capacity is tracked for each date. A date that fills up is shown as fully booked instead of taking another request.

Meeting point and time

Attach the gathering point and pickup location to the trip so everyone knows where to be.

Setting up your schedule

  1. 1

    Choose the schedule type

In the trip builder, say whether this trip runs once or repeats. The form adapts to your answer.

  2. 2

    Set the dates and days

Add the trip date for a one-time trip, or the first date plus the weekdays it runs on for a recurring one.

  3. 3

    Set the booking window

Choose the first and last dates travelers can book, or leave the window open so the trip keeps taking bookings.

  4. 4

    Set capacity per departure

Enter the number of seats. KemetGo counts confirmed seats against it and closes a date when it is full.

  5. 5

    Publish and take bookings

Your trip goes live with a working date picker. Requests land in your bookings inbox for approval.

Where you set all of this

The schedule lives inside the trip builder, in the route and schedule step. You fill it in once when you publish, and edit it whenever your season changes.

  • Pick one-time or recurring, and the form changes to match
  • Tick the weekdays the trip runs on
  • Set the first and last date people can book
  • Enter the seats available for each departure

Managing what comes in

Approve or decline

Every request starts as pending. You decide what to confirm, so you are never double-booked by the system.

See the whole picture

Bookings are grouped per trip and per date, with seat counts and add-ons for each traveler.

Spot your busy dates

Your dashboard shows bookings and revenue, so you can see which departures are worth repeating.

Change dates safely

Dates that already have bookings are protected from edits that would break an existing reservation.

Requests land in one queue

Every booking request for every date arrives in the same list, with the traveler, the seats and the add-ons attached — and a status you control.

Scheduling questions

Can one trip have several departure dates?

Yes. Set the trip to recurring and choose the weekdays it runs on. Travelers then pick the date they want from your available days, within your booking window.

What happens when a date sells out?

That date is marked as fully booked in the date picker and cannot be selected. Your other dates stay open.

Can I stop taking bookings without deleting the trip?

Yes. Set the end of the booking window to close the trip to new requests while keeping the listing and its history.

Can I edit a trip after people have booked it?

You can keep editing your trip, but fields that existing bookings depend on are locked so confirmed travelers are not affected.

Put your calendar to work
