KemetGo operates solely as an online marketplace that connects travelers with independent third-party providers of travel experiences and services. KemetGo is not a travel agency and is not a party to any agreement between users and providers.
2. Your account
When you create an account you agree to:

- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- Be responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- Be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Bookings and payments
When you book an experience, you enter into a direct agreement with the provider. Prices, availability, and terms are set by the provider. Payments are processed securely, and applicable service fees are shown before you confirm.
4. Provider responsibilities
Providers listing on KemetGo agree to:
- Offer accurate, lawful, and up-to-date listings.
- Hold any licenses or permits required to operate.
- Deliver experiences as described and honor confirmed bookings.
- Treat travelers with respect and follow our community guidelines.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by posting unlawful content, attempting to bypass our payment system, harassing other users, or interfering with the security or operation of the service.
6. Limitation of liability
KemetGo provides the platform on an as-is basis and assumes no legal or financial responsibility for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any provider or user. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
