Title and description
The name travelers see and the full story of the day — what you will do, in what order, and who it suits.
A trip is the thing travelers actually book: a route, a schedule, a price per seat and everything included. This is how to build one that fills up.
On KemetGo, a trip is a single bookable product. It carries its own dates, capacity, price, photos, inclusions and optional extras — and it keeps its own bookings and reviews.
The name travelers see and the full story of the day — what you will do, in what order, and who it suits.
Where the trip departs from and where it goes, down to the country and city, plus the exact gathering point.
A one-time departure, or a recurring trip on the weekdays you choose, plus the window in which people can book.
The price per seat in your currency, and the number of seats per departure. Travelers pay you in cash.
A gallery of real images from the trip. This is the single biggest factor in whether someone opens your listing.
An explicit list of what the price covers — transport, meals, tickets, guide, accommodation.
Extras travelers can choose while booking, grouped and priced per seat, as single or multiple choice.
How many days the trip runs, shown on the listing so nobody has to work it out from the dates.
Choose one-time or recurring, tick the weekdays you run, and set the seats per departure. The date picker travelers see is built straight from this.
Trip creation lives in the provider area. If you do not have a provider account yet, register as one first.
From your dashboard, choose Create Trip to open the guided builder.
Add the title and description, and upload your photos. Write the description for someone who has never been there.
Choose departure and destination, the gathering point on the map, then whether the trip runs once or repeats, its dates and its weekdays.
Enter the price per seat and currency, the number of seats and the trip duration.
Add each item the price covers. Suggestions are offered, and you can write your own.
Create add-on groups for upgrades, meals or transfers. Set whether each group is required, and whether travelers pick one option or several.
Check the summary, fix anything the form flags, and publish. Your trip goes live on Explore and on your business profile.
Publishing puts the trip in two places at once: the public Explore catalogue, and your own business profile page — the link you share directly.
Real, bright images of the actual place beat stock photography every time. Upload several.
Whatever people message you to ask — fitness level, food, pickup times — belongs in the listing instead.
"Lunch included" converts better than "meals". Ambiguity is what makes people close the page.
Keep the headline price clean and put upgrades in add-ons, so your listing competes on the number people compare.
A recurring schedule with an open booking window keeps taking requests without you republishing anything.
Encourage travelers to review after the trip. Ratings are the first thing the next traveler looks at.
The builder is split into steps, so you can move back and forth before publishing. Publish only when the trip is ready to be booked.
Yes. Open the trip from My Trips and edit it. Fields that existing bookings depend on are locked to protect confirmed travelers.
It stops taking new bookings. You can renew it with new dates instead of building the same trip again.
You can add several images per trip. The builder tells you the limit and the accepted formats as you upload.
That is your call. Each add-on group can be marked required or optional, and set to single or multiple choice.
The builder walks you through every step. Most providers publish their first trip in one sitting.
