Prices are per seat
The listed price is for one person, in the provider's own currency. Add-ons are also priced per seat.
From finding a trip to a confirmed seat, the whole thing takes a few minutes. Here is exactly what happens at each step and what to expect afterwards.
KemetGo bookings are request-based: you choose your date, seats and extras, then the provider confirms. That is what keeps two groups from being sold the same seat.
Explore holds every published trip and opens once you are signed in as a traveler. Filter it down before you start comparing, so you are only reading listings that could actually work for you.
Search from the home page, or open Explore once you are signed in, and filter by destination, price range, duration and rating.
On the trip page, read the description, look at the gallery, check the duration, meeting point, what is included and the provider's rating.
Press Book and pick a departure date. Only the provider's available days can be selected, and sold-out dates are marked as fully booked.
Enter how many people are travelling. Remaining availability for that date is shown as you choose.
Pick any add-ons the provider offers — room upgrades, meals, transfers. Some are single-choice, some let you pick several, and prices are per seat.
Base price, add-ons and the final total are broken down before anything is submitted.
Check your name, phone and email, and add an address if the provider needs one. Bookings are settled in cash with the provider.
Your booking is sent to the provider and appears in My Bookings with a pending status.
The provider reviews and approves it. Your status changes to approved and your seats are held.
Once submitted, the booking lives in My Bookings. That is where the status changes when the provider responds, and where you cancel if your plans change.
You can see the current status of every booking in My Bookings at any time.
The listed price is for one person, in the provider's own currency. Add-ons are also priced per seat.
Each trip lists what the price covers. If transport, meals or tickets are not on that list, budget for them separately.
The gathering point is on the trip page and pinned on the map. Check it the day before, not the morning of.
Providers use the number on your booking to reach you about pickups and last-minute changes.
You can cancel a pending or approved booking from My Bookings. Since you pay in cash, any refund is settled with the provider.
Popular departures fill up and close themselves. Booking ahead is the only way to guarantee a date.
It depends on the provider, but most respond quickly. Your status in My Bookings updates as soon as they act.
Contact the provider or the Help Center. Changes depend on the seats still available for that date.
Open My Bookings and cancel the booking there. Pending and approved bookings can both be cancelled, and the seats go back to the trip.
The seats are released and nothing is held on your side. Similar trips are suggested on every trip page if you need an alternative.
Yes. Booking requires an account so your bookings, updates and cancellations stay tied to you. Creating one is free.
In cash, with the provider, as arranged for the trip. KemetGo does not take payment online today. Your booking is confirmed when the provider approves the request, not when money changes hands.
